Carter laughed for the first time about a month ago, but he has decided to make it a rare and sought after occasion. I believe that he just wants to see us act as stupid as possible as often as possible. Vaughn triumphed and got Carter to laugh while the camera was actually functioning and in the room. I am pretty sure I could watch this over and over and never get tired of it. Carter's laugh was well worth the wait.

That was too cute! Carter is becoming quite the handsome fella.
Love it!!! I can't wait to see him in June. I am already lining up potential boyfriends for Kendall, so Carter is definitely at the top of the list!
He is so precious!! I just love it when they start doing all of the fun little things. Kendall might have some competition for Carter!! Ella has her eye on him.
